The Winter Disconnect Plan works well for customers needing their services disconnected during the winter. You will be billed $20 per service and you can place your telephone, internet* and cable TV service on the plan. Your services will be disconnected when you contact us and they will be automatically reconnected on May 1st. You can contact RTC to have your services reconnected prior to this date.
When you go on the disconnect plan your telephone number will be saved and listed in the new directory and your internet username will also be saved. RTC also offers a Summer Disconnect plan. For more information call RTC at 0811 or 1.888.862.3115.
*If you are a WildBlue Satellite Speed Internet customer, you will not be billed $20 for your internet service when you go on the disconnect plan. Instead you will be billed $6.65 per month while you are away. This will give you continued access to your email account. Your WildBlue service will automatically return to full service with the full monthly charge on May 1st. If you need it back to full service prior to May 1st, you can contact RTC.
