Remember to Check Your Message Center

RTC provides a free virus and junk email filter with every email account. You can view quarantined messages in your message center. It is a good idea to access your message center to check the messages that are being filtered out to make sure that legitimate messages are not being caught in the filter. If they are, add those senders or domains to your Approved Sender list. Below are instructions to help you access your message center, approve senders and change your settings.
To access the message center: Go to www.RTC.coop and click on the Message Center link at the top right or click here. Log-in with your full email address and password. If you have items in your message center, you will periodically receive emails. You can then click on the link provided in the email and then log in with your email address and password.
To approve a sender: Log in to your Message Center. Click on the Junk Email Settings link at the top left of the page Scroll down to Sender’s List Enter the email address that you would like to approve and click Save to List Or if there is a message in the message center from an address that you would like to approve, you can click on the box next to the message and click on Approve at the bottom of the list. This will add that address to the approved senders list.
To check or change your account settings: Log in to your Message Center Click on the Junk Email Settings link at the top left of the page Adjust settings as needed Click save changes
