Emails are circulating that appear to be sent from RTC. These emails state that a new setting file has been released for your email or internet service. The message may even include your email account username and may look like it is coming from support@restel.net, alert@restel.net, noreply@restel.net.

These emails are not from RTC. Do not reply to the email with any information or open any attachments sent with the email.
