On Wednesday, May 27 at 3:00 a.m. RTC will be upgrading the authentication servers. Because of the upgrade, RTC's email and dial-up internet will be temporarily out of service. This outage will last between two to five hours. Any e-mails sent to you during this time will not be lost but will be delivered to you after the upgrade is complete.
We strive to provide the best possible service and in order to do this we need to make upgrades to our system from time to time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
