If you are experiencing trouble with TBS on RTC Video, it has been moved from channel 15 to channel 209. If TBS is not working on channel 209, unplug the power from your set-top box wait 5 seconds and plug the power back in. It will take a few minutes to initialize and TBS should then work.
Basic Channel Changes...RTC's Basic Video Package channels have changed as listed below.
• 15 will change from TBS to Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC)
• 16 will change from Biography Channel to Lifetime
• 17 will change from History International to Hallmark Movie Channel
(RTC's Digital Video Package will continue to carry TBS, Biography, and History International.)
Digital Channel Changes...You will notice that some channel numbers have changed and there are new channels. There are more changes to come. Your interactive channel guide will update as the channels are added and moved so be sure to hit your "Guide" button on your remote to see all the channels that are offered. Once these changes are complete, the Digital Package will include 145 channels including local weather radar, 3 BEK Sports channels, 22 High-Definition (HD) channels, and 40 music channels.
