RTC will again offer two college scholarship programs to area high school seniors. The RTC Scholarship Program will award nine scholarships each in the amount of $1,000 and the Foundation for Rural Service scholarship will award 30 scholarships in the amount of $2,500. More information on these scholarships will be available on www.RTC.coop on December 1 and will be included in January/February issue of the Dial Tone.
