RTC is upgrading to new internet equipment! This upgrade will take place at 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12. During the upgrade, your internet will be out of service. The outage could last 2-3 hours; however we cannot guarantee any amount of time.

If you are a high speed internet customer and you experience trouble getting online after the upgrade is complete, please go through the following steps.
  • Unplug the phone line and the power from your modem for 3 minutes.

  • Plug phone line and power back in.

  • Wait 5 minutes and then restart or turn on your computer.

  • Make sure you can access the internet.


  • If you have any problems, please contact the RTC Help Line at:

  • 1.800.497.2151 (toll-free from any landline phone)

  • 701.627.4381 (from cell phones).

  • The help line is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
