Internet Outage

RTC is upgrading to new internet equipment! This upgrade will take place at 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12. During the upgrade, your internet will be out of service. The outage could last 2-3 hours; however we cannot guarantee any amount of time.
If you are a high speed internet customer and you experience trouble getting online after the upgrade is complete, please go through the following steps. Unplug the phone line and the power from your modem for 3 minutes. Plug phone line and power back in. Wait 5 minutes and then restart or turn on your computer. Make sure you can access the internet.
