 The Summer Disconnect Plan works well for customers* needing their RTC services disconnected during the summer. The plan will save your telephone number and internet username for when you return and it also ensures that your phone number will be listed in the new directory. For $30 you can place all of your RTC services (voice, data*, video) on the plan. Your services will be disconnected when you contact us and they will be automatically reconnected on November 1. If you would like to reconnect your services prior to November 1, you can contact us.
*Some restrictions may apply. If you are a WildBlue Satellite Speed Internet customer, you will be billed $6.65 per month while you are away. This will give you continued access to your email account. Your WildBlue service will automatically return to full service with the full monthly charge on November. If you need it back to full service prior to this date, you can contact RTC.
